ABOUT ME

I love empowering women to be the best version of themselves through strength, fitness and a healthy lifestyle. I have been a personal trainer for over 13 years and have shifted my focus in the industry a number of times, but always with a passion for helping women achieve their fitness goals. I have coached both professional athletes and everyday people wanting to get stronger, fitter and healthier.

I actually started off in the corporate world and "fit-ish" would have been an exaggeration for where I was at. I worked a lot, I wasn't very healthy, I didn't really have the time for it to be honest! But something changed, and I turned it around.

I turned it around to the point of becoming a professional athlete (Muay Thai). My own fitness transformation can help you because there was nothing special about me - I just had good mentors, I worked hard and had a goal that meant something to me. And I literally changed my life.

Two little bubbas put an end to my short fight career but I couldn't be happier in the journey that I am now on. Finding a new balance with health and fitness being a time poor mum trying to raise two healthy girls and run a business. It's another transformation but one you can have too! THE JUGGLE IS POSSIBLE!

When training mums my philosophy is not just about getting your pre-baby body back, it's about bulletproofing the body you have now to be fitter and stronger than you have ever been, for everything you love doing.
