The FITMUM60 Project is my Signature System for new mums who want to lose weight and improve their health without gyms or meal plans.

We exercise at home using Time Smart Training and short 10-30min workouts.

We use Family Flexi Nutrition to hit our own health goals while keeping the family happy. We don't cut out the fun foods and we don't cook separate meals.

This is a 1:1 coaching program designed from the ground up just for YOU. Think of it as building a framework for your long term health and equipping you with the tools you need to get the body you want and keep it forever.

Over 30 days we reconnect with your core, begin to rebuild strength and integrate it with the rest of your body.

THE MUMS 30 DAY RESET


The Mums 30 Day Reset is designed especially for mums for haven't been exercising lately. Because I know that life just sometimes gets in the way! This 30 days will give you the kickstart you need to reset your body, nutrition and mindset.

This suits if you WANT to make a change, but need some structure and guidance around the best place to start. You may be unsure of what your body is capable of because you haven't exercised for a while (or ever!). You may be unsure of what you are able to commit to with your busy schedule. You want something that will get you maximum results in minimal time with minimal fuss - something that will work around family life and your existing commitments.

We work on implementing the solid healthy habits you need to have the body and the life that you want.
